Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Amazon India in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their orders, products, or general inquiries.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner through live chat - Assist customers with order processing, product information, returns, and other inquiries - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively - Provide product recommendations and advice to customers - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Strong communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Innovative problem-solving skills - Passion for providing excellent customer service
