Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Sun Pharma is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers through live chat on our website, providing timely and accurate information, resolving customer inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a prompt and professional manner - Provide product information, assistance with orders, and troubleshoot any issues customers may have - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations - Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues - Document and report customer feedback and issues for continuous improvement

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or live chat role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle various customer situations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with live chat software
