Job Description:

Shaadi.com is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Live Chat Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a part-time entry level position, the Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to resolve inquiries, provide information, and offer support. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving. 4. Use company systems and resources to accurately document customer interactions and details. 5. Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist customers. 6. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and learning in order to provide the best possible service to customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in using computers and online chat platforms.
