Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Live Chat Associate to join our team at Samsung India in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat interactions. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs effectively and efficiently - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products and services, meeting and exceeding sales targets - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Accurately input customer information and update records in the system - Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, with a focus on live chat support - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner - Strong persuasion skills and the ability to influence customer decisions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - High level of organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in typing and using chat support software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
