Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Delhivery is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This part-time position is perfect for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service and a passion for providing excellent support to our customers. As a Remote Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support via live chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department as needed - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless support to customers

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve customer issues - Strong project management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using live chat platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
