Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services in Delhi, India. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be motivated, resilient, possess critical thinking skills, and excel in conducting research.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat support. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team. 3. Conduct product research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. 4. Follow company guidelines and policies while interacting with customers. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Meet performance metrics and targets as established by the company.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant tools. 5. Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices. 6. Experience in a remote work environment is preferred.
