Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Meesho is looking for a reliable and resourceful Live Chat Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level position, the Live Chat Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through live chat support. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide real-time support to customers through live chat services. 2. Answer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Utilize resources to provide accurate information and solutions to customers. 4. Document customer interactions and maintain a high level of accuracy. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support experience. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time and customer satisfaction. 7. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers. 8. Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and problem-solving skills.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and basic computer skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 8. Reliable and resourceful personality traits are essential for success in this role.
