InMobi is currently seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support for InMobi products and services - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience - Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Provide feedback on common customer issues and help improve processes and systems

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Proficiency in typing and using live chat software - High school diploma or equivalent
