Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a dedicated and driven Live Chat Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As an Associate Level position, the Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients. 3. Document and track customer interactions and issues in the CRM system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay informed about product updates and changes to effectively assist customers. 6. Meet established KPIs for response times, customer satisfaction, and first contact resolution.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask. 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 4. Proficient in using live chat software and CRM systems. 5. Presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients. 6. Must be dedicated and driven to provide top-notch customer service.
