Job Description - Live Chat Manager

As the Live Chat Manager at Lendingkart, based in Bangalore, Karnataka, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our live chat customer service platform. This part-time role will require you to have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of live chat agents, ensuring they provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement live chat strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction - Monitor chat conversations and provide feedback and coaching to agents for improvement - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and support across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently - Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new live chat agents


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer service role, with a minimum of 2 years in a live chat management position - Passionate and driven with a strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in live chat software and systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
