Job Description:
Indian Oil Corporation is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the live chat feature on our website to provide excellent customer service and support to our online users.
Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage the live chat platform to assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently - Analyze chat metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the live chat experience - Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to coordinate messaging and ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to accurately address customer inquiries - Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize the live chat platform for improved performance
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support role - Confident and motivated with excellent communication skills - Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience in training and supervising staff is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
