Job Description:
Unacademy, a leading online education platform based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN, is seeking a dedicated and driven Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis at a mid-to-senior level. As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our live chat system to provide excellent customer service and support to our users.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of live chat representatives to ensure timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries. 2. Monitor live chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency in responses. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience through live chat. 4. Train and onboard new live chat representatives to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service. 5. Analyze live chat data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Proven experience in managing a team of customer service representatives, preferably in a live chat setting. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with team members. 4. Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. 5. Knowledge of live chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
