Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Live Chat Manager to join our team at Cult.fit in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As a Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the live chat function on our website to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor the live chat system on our website to respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. 2. Train and supervise a team of live chat agents to ensure they deliver high-quality customer service. 3. Analyze chat transcripts and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service, sales, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints. 5. Monitor key metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction, to measure the effectiveness of the live chat function. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management to continuously improve our processes.
Requirements: 1. Previous experience in live chat management or customer service is essential. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 4. Proficiency in using live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. 5. Independent and reliable with the ability to work autonomously and lead a team.
