Rupeek, a leading financial technology company in Kolkata, West Bengal, is seeking a Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a candidate with mid-to-senior level experience, with at least 8 years in a similar role.
As the Remote Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our live chat operations, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers who utilize our live chat feature, and will be responsible for resolving their issues and concerns efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat operations, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company policies and procedures - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other team members to continuously enhance the live chat experience for customers - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a similar role - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and tools - Experience with customer service and support - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
