Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description: Nykaa, a leading beauty and wellness e-commerce platform, is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities: - Manage the live chat function on Nykaa's website, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Monitor chat performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer support - Train and mentor chat support agents to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in live chat management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent research abilities - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and live chat software
