Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Jio Platforms is seeking a passionate and independent Live Chat Officer to join our team in Delhi, IN on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing live chat interactions with customers, providing excellent customer service, and representing our brand in a professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to provide solutions to customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions in the chat system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures for customer interactions. 7. Prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements. 9. Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 10. Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Creativity and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands. 8. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and live chat software.
