Live Chat Officer

Job Description: Box8 is seeking a motivated and hardworking Live Chat Officer to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat on our website, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat on our website - Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Monitor and report on customer feedback and trends

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent time management and critical thinking skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
