Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

As a Live Chat Officer at Google India in Kolkata, West Bengal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
