Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

BharatPe is seeking a dynamic and proactive Live Chat Officer to join our team in Delhi, India. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through live chat platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who are independent, driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Coordinate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions - Identify and escalate priority issues - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong typing skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize - Strong problem-solving skills - Cooperation and teamwork skills - Persuasion and negotiation skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus
