Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Ather Energy is seeking a dedicated and energetic Live Chat Officer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This is a part-time position at the Associate level with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Assist customers with product information, sales queries, and technical issues - Monitor and track customer interactions to ensure timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills - Contribute to strategic planning for the live chat platform - Manage and lead a team of live chat agents - Foster a positive and supportive work environment for team members

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and people management abilities - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
