Live Chat Officer

Job Description: Larsen & Toubro is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals - Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
