Live Chat Officer

OYO Rooms is seeking a motivated and adaptable Live Chat Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions with guests and potential customers.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about OYO Rooms' services, policies, and offerings - Troubleshooting technical issues related to the booking process or website navigation - Proactively engaging with customers to enhance their experience and address any concerns - Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution - Conducting research to address complex customer inquiries and escalations - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of OYO Rooms' products, promotions, and policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively - Strong cooperation skills to work collaboratively with team members and other departments - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Motivated to provide excellent customer service and exceed expectations - Proficiency in using live chat software and basic computer skills - Experience in conducting research to find solutions to customer inquiries - Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
