Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Live Chat Officer to join our team at Dailyhunt in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have. You will act as the front line of communication between our company and our customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all parties involved.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and answer questions - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve more complex customer inquiries - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Proficiency in MS Office and live chat software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
