Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited is seeking a Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build rapport with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience. 4. Collaborate with other team members to optimize chat processes and improve efficiency. 5. Keep accurate records of all interactions and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service or live chat support. 2. Confident and reliable individual with strong communication skills. 3. Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills. 4. Ability to work independently and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in using chat software and CRM systems.
