Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Maruti Suzuki India Limited is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Live Chat Officer. This is a part-time position, which allows for the flexibility of working from home. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat - Assisting customers with product information, technical support, and troubleshooting - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service - Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively interact with customers - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines - Familiarity with live chat software and customer service platforms - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English and one additional language is a plus
