Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Cleartrip is looking for a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resourceful and hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive interaction with every customer. 5. Work collaboratively with team members to support overall customer service goals. 6. Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple chats simultaneously. 7. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role. 2. Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. 3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with professionalism. 4. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 7. Time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
