Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Cleartrip is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Associate Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with customers. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with bookings, inquiries, or issues related to their travel experiences.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services - Providing solutions to customer problems and escalating issues as needed - Upselling additional services or products to enhance the customer experience - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and customer service software
