Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

NoBroker is seeking a motivated and hardworking Live Chat Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and assist with problem resolution. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate and comprehensive information. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless and consistent customer service across all channels. 4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company in all interactions. 5. Utilize project management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Conduct research to gather information and provide solutions to customer queries. 7. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to better assist customers with their inquiries. 8. Meet or exceed performance targets related to response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in project management and research. 6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 7. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 8. Strong decision-making abilities and a customer-centric approach.
