Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Indian Oil Corporation is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner - Upsell products and services to increase sales revenue - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using live chat software and other communication tools - Knowledge of customer service best practices - Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
