Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team at InMobi in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. You will need to have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to work independently and with a hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, and general questions - Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses - Meet and exceed performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the live chat platform

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent presentation skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in typing and multitasking - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
