Remote Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Tata Steel. This is a part-time position based in Delhi, IN, at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service via live chat, answering queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Engaging with customers to promote products and services, as well as assisting with ordering and payment processes. 3. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 4. Monitoring and analyzing chat metrics to identify trends and continuously improve performance. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong time management skills and ability to lead conversations effectively. 3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations. 4. Proficient in using chat software and multitasking during interactions. 5. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
