Live Chat Specialist

Job Description: AgroStar is seeking a dynamic Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Delhi, IN. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions on our website. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are resilient, driven, creative, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide information, support, and assistance with their inquiries or issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while handling multiple conversations simultaneously - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable using technology and learning new software applications - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
