Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

BookMyShow is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through our live chat platform. You will directly interact with customers, answering their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all users.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries. 2. Assist customers with ticket booking, event information, payment processing, and other related queries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Communicate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth and seamless customer service. 5. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our service offerings. 7. Stay up-to-date on current events, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Adaptable and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong negotiation and people management skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Tech-savvy and comfortable using live chat platforms and customer service tools.
