Job Description:

As a Live Chat Specialist at Cult.fit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support. This position is a part-time work-from-home opportunity, based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about Cult.fit's products and services - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborate with the team to continually improve customer support processes
