Online Account Support Assistant Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Account Support Assistant at Tata Motors in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with their account-related inquiries and concerns - Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Update customer account information and maintain records - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software - Experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred - Presentation skills and willingness to unleash creativity in a setting that celebrates and nurtures innovation
