Job Description:
Infosys is seeking a dynamic and resilient Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate Level position, the Online Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our online account holders, ensuring a seamless user experience and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to online accounts. 3. Guide customers through account setup and activation processes. 4. Provide product information, updates, and assistance with online account features. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Assist in developing training materials and resources for online account users. 8. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on updates and enhancements.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging situations professionally. 5. Driven to achieve customer satisfaction and meet performance targets. 6. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues worldwide. 7. Experience with online account management systems is a plus. 8. Persuasion skills to help customers navigate through complex issues.
