Nykaa, a leading beauty and wellness e-commerce platform, is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide personalized support to customers regarding their online accounts, including account setup, updates, and troubleshooting. - Communicate effectively with customers via email, chat, and phone to resolve account-related issues and inquiries. - Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Monitor account activity and identify any potential issues or fraudulent activity. - Work closely with the IT department to address technical issues affecting online accounts.
