Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Online Account Support Associate to join our team at Goibibo in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level individual with 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing support to online account holders, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account setup, login troubleshooting, payment issues, and other account-related tasks - Investigate and resolve any account discrepancies or billing errors - Educate customers on the use of online account features and provide technical support when needed - Collaborate with other departments, such as tech support and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and present suggestions to management

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or account support - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers of all levels - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
