Online Account Support Associate

Job Description: Tata Steel is seeking a dedicated Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online account support to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work confidently and independently.

Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online platforms - Assist customers with account-related issues, including login problems, billing inquiries, and product information - Provide technical support for online account systems and troubleshoot any issues that arise - Utilize emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions - Use negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in online account support or a related field - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong attention to detail - Confident communication skills, both written and verbal - High level of emotional intelligence to effectively handle customer interactions - Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutual agreements - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online account management systems
