Online Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Hindustan Unilever Limited is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Delhi, IN. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to our online accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain online accounts, including processing orders, resolving issues, and updating account information - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and live chat - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Analyze account data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop creative solutions to enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online account support processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Creativity and analytical skills to identify and implement innovative solutions - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
