Job Description:
Vedanta Resources Limited is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This part-time position requires a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in managing online accounts and providing support to customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee online account support for customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize online account management processes and improve customer satisfaction. 3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and requirements. 4. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of account support personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 5. Monitor and analyze online account metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address account-related concerns and drive solutions. 7. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues with online account platforms. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management to provide innovative solutions to customers.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in online account management, with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders. 5. High level of proficiency in using online account management software and tools. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Confidence and persuasiveness to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
