Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Freshworks is seeking a motivated and driven Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Delhi. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in account management or customer support. The Online Account Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online accounts, providing support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of professionalism. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and escalate issues as needed. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as their main point of contact within the organization. 6. Create and maintain documentation of customer interactions and resolutions. 7. Monitor account health and proactively address any potential issues. 8. Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in account management or customer support. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Attention to detail and strong negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Motivated and driven to exceed customer expectations.
