Job Description:
Khatabook is seeking a passionate and confident Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Delhi, IN. As the Online Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining online accounts for our clients, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring smooth operations for their online platforms.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain online accounts for clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 2. Provide excellent customer support to clients regarding account management, technical issues, and any other inquiries. 3. Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and set up their online accounts. 4. Analyze account data and provide insights to clients to help them optimize their online presence. 5. Lead a team of account support specialists and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure team success. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes for account management and client support. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management to continuously improve client services.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or customer support roles. 3. Strong teamwork and people management skills to lead a team effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 6. Proficiency in using online platforms and tools for account management. 7. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
