Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Quikr is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level role, the Online Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing online accounts, providing support to customers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our online platform.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee online accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize online account performance and customer satisfaction. 4. Monitor and analyze online account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Provide training and support to team members on online account management best practices. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in online account management or a related field. 2. Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Confident and adaptable personality. 5. Strong planning and organizational skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
