Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing online accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth in our online business.


Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor online accounts to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase revenue from online accounts - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize online content, promotions, and marketing campaigns - Analyze data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions - Provide timely and effective support to customers through online channels, such as email, chat, and social media - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve online account support - Create reports and presentations to communicate account performance and key insights to stakeholders


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 7+ years of experience in online account management or related field - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Creativity and adaptability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online analytics tools - Experience working with e-commerce platforms is a plus
