Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

1mg is looking for a part-time Online Account Support Officer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing online account support to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for online account-related inquiries and issues - Assist customers with account setup, login issues, password resets, and general account maintenance - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to online accounts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience - Proactively identify and address customer needs and escalate unresolved issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Independent and motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to finding solutions - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred - Familiarity with online account management systems and basic technical knowledge - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
