Online Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Online Account Support Officer to join our team at InMobi in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to online accounts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 2. Monitor account activity and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. 3. Analyze account performance data and provide insights to drive strategic initiatives. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 6. Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients. 8. Report directly to the Account Manager and assist with any additional tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in online account support or a related field. 2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 4. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
