Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Pine Labs, a leading financial technology company based in Bangalore, Karnataka, is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers, including assisting with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving payment discrepancies. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve escalated account issues. - Conduct research to identify trends and customer pain points, and recommend innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction. - Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to the management team.

Requirements: - Motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
