Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Lenskart is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, dedicated, innovative, and possess a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing support to customers via email, chat, and social media platforms. 3. Utilizing CRM systems to track customer interactions and provide timely updates. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service. 5. Identifying customer needs and recommending products or services that meet those needs. 6. Continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction. 7. Meeting daily and weekly performance targets set by the team lead or manager.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Experience working in a call center or customer service role is preferred. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
