Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Online Call Center Associate to join our team at BigBasket in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers who have questions or concerns about our online platform.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer issues or escalating to the appropriate department for further assistance - Providing information about products, promotions, and services offered on our platform - Upselling and cross-selling products to increase customer value - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong decision-making skills and strategic planning abilities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online platforms and customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
